A custom brace fitting appointment can be an arduous and stressful endeavor. When we first opened in 2018, our goal was to make the sizing, fitting and purchasing process as easy as possible.
In today’s day and age, it is increasingly difficult to schedule appointments around work, family and other commitments. Our decision to operate in a totally mobile fashion allows us to accommodate our customer’s schedules and ultimately increase the efficiency of the whole process. We book much more than custom brace fitting appointments. Although not required, we prefer to book appointments for all of our products as it allows us to ensure that the product is right for you.
In a typical scenario, each purchase requires two appointments. First, an initial consultation takes place where product options are discussed, sizing and measuring occurs, and payment takes place. Once the product arrives, another appointment is scheduled where we ensure the proper fit and review care and maintenance instructions.
