Do you have a physical store?

We do not have an actual store as we provide a fully mobile service. This allows for a multitude of appointment options and flexibility with working around your schedule.

If you don’t have a store, where is my appointment?

Wherever is most convenient for you! We offer in-home, in-office, virtual or neutral locations for all of our appointments. You pick the location and we’ll see you there!

How do I get fitted for a custom brace?

Depending on the supplier, custom braces are sized in a number of different ways. Using a variety of tools ranging from landmarking specific anatomical points to measuring widths and circumferences to using digital scanning technology, we ensure that your brace is perfectly fit.

How does a virtual appointment work?

Virtual appointments can occur for both brace consultations and fittings (some products require an in-person appointment).  We utilize video conferencing to meet with you virtually to decide on a product and walk you through the process of purchasing a product. If you live outside of Regina, this means you don’t have to make a trip in to the city and we can meet from the comfort of your own home!

How do you size a brace virtually?

When scheduling your virtual appointment, we will determine what, if any, product samples and measurement devices you may need. We will either drop these off in a contactless manner or will ship them to you if you live outside of Regina. We then utilize video conferencing to meet with you virtually to decide on a product and walk you through the sizing process. The same process is used when the brace is delivered to you. We will walk you through the fitting over video conference to ensure that the proper fit is achieved.

Do I need a referral or prescription?

We do not require a referral or a prescription but if you were provided one by your physician or surgeon, please bring it with you to your appointment as it will help guide use through the process.

Will my insurance plan cover my brace?

Most insurance companies will provide some type of coverage for orthopedic braces. Depending on the insurer, we do have the ability to direct bill as well. Each benefit plan may have different requirements. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about your coverage prior to your appointment. We can provide estimates if required to help assist in the process. We can also assist with workplace-related and vehicular injury claims.

How do you know which brace is right for me?

With our background as Certified Athletic Therapists as well as our training in the sizing and fitting of orthopedic bracing products,  we have an ideal combination of being able to decipher and understand your issue as both a health care professional and a bracing technician. This allows us to consider a larger number of variables that go into choosing the right product for you.

Can I try out a brace before purchasing?

You will have the opportunity to try out a sample product (if available) during your initial consultation. We require payment prior to the delivery of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product we can refund your purchase (exclusions apply) or try another solution until you are completely satisfied!

I don’t see a product listed. Does that mean you don’t carry it?

Absolutely not. We have access to wide range of suppliers and have the ability to find exactly what you are looking for. Check out our list of available products and catalogs on our Practitioner Resources page.`

What is the warranty on my brace?

Depending on the type of brace, warranties can range from 6 months to lifetime. We will cover any warranty specifics at the time of purchase.

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept cash, cheque, debit, credit, e-transfer, and Apple Pay as payment methods.
